Executive Class passengers traveling from Singapore on Garuda Indonesia can now enjoy a VIP service at the exclusive JetQuay CIP Terminal at Changi Airport. Pre-departure services such as check-in, immigration and baggage clearance will be handled by a personal concierge. Passengers can wait for their flights at the terminal’s five-star lounge that has a business centre and wireless Internet access, a small gym and a bistro. A buggy will then shuttle passengers to the boarding gate before departure. The new service is also available to Garuda Frequent Flyer Platinum members.
Passengers travelling from Singapore will fly onboard the new Boeing 737-800 Next Generation aircraft. It features Garuda Indonesia’s new signature interior, with individual touch-screen LCD TVs with Video on Demand (VOD) entertainment systems. Executive Class passengers will also enjoy table service and authentic Indonesian dishes during meal times.
Garuda Indonesia is Indonesia’s national carrier and serves 28 domestic and 18 international destinations, with main hubs in Jakarta and Denpasar. The airline offers seven daily flights from Singapore to Jakarta. Executive Class passengers can also enjoy a speedy immigration clearance with dedicated immigration counters at the Soekarno-Hatta International Airport. This service is also available for passengers departing from Jakarta and in Hong Kong, Kuala Lumpur and Bangkok.
