Indulge in an endless spread of sumptuous seafood at the Asia Restaurant located in the Ritz Carlton Hotel for only USD22. Known as one of Jakarta’s best buffet restaurants, the restaurant features a different themed menu each night of the week and Sunday is now “Hawker Seafood Night”.
Feast on lobster thermidor, glazed oysters, steamed mussels, fish fillets, tempura shrimp, and sushi filled with octopus, salmon, eel, and more. Remember to save room for some of the uniquely Southeast Asian hawker-style seafood dishes like laksa (seafood and noodles in a coconut curry broth) or crab in black pepper sauce.
Other buffet offerings include a salad bar, pasta/noodle station, and a lavish dessert spread with pastries, ice cream, and a chocolate fountain. The buffet is a fixed price of IDR198,000 (USD22) plus 10% service charge and 11% government tax per person. Children aged 12 and under will receive a 50% discount.
